Turn to the privacy policy for what we keep, for how long, and who else ever sees it.
Every row in the database carries the company it belongs to, and Postgres row-level security enforces it — not application code that somebody could forget to write.
The log. Every action is written to an audit log: who did it, when, and what it said before. Administrators can read their own company’s log.
The roles. Four out of the box — Admin, Manager, Operator, Viewer — and permissions per module on top of them.
The files. Uploaded files are never on a public URL. Each one is served through a link that expires, issued only to somebody who is allowed to open that record.
The way out. You can export your data at any time, including during the read-only week after a trial ends. Nothing is deleted while you decide.

Questions
The things people ask before they sign up.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Creating an account switches all three features on for 60 days with no payment details taken, and there is nothing to cancel if you decide against it.
What happens on day 61?
For a week everything you have is still there to read, export and print — only new entries are paused. Marking attendance is the one thing that keeps working, because a week with no attendance record is a week of Loss of Pay for people who came to work. After that week the modules switch off. Nothing is deleted at any point.
Can I take just one module?
Yes. Tasks, CRM and HR & Payroll are priced and bought separately — plenty of companies run HR alone. They share one login and one list of people, and taking all three is 20% off the three prices added together.
Is there a limit on users?
The price band is by team size — up to 10, up to 25, up to 50, and a conversation above that. During the trial everybody in the company can use it.
Can I bring data in from spreadsheets?
Yes, and it is the normal way to start. Most lists — employees, leads, accounts, products, attendance — import from a spreadsheet with a review step that shows you what each row will become before anything is written.
What if we outgrow it?
Facto Lite is one of a family. If you end up needing production, quality or maintenance on top of this, there is a bigger Facto for that and the conversation is worth having — here is which one is you.
Do you take payment online?
Not yet. When the trial ends, somebody from Facto arranges it with you directly — no checkout on this site and no card stored anywhere.
Who can see our data?
Only your company. Rows are separated at the database level, and Facto support can reach an account only through a route that is itself written to the audit log.
