From the first punch to the payslip, one record per person.
Attendance, leave, expenses and salary as one chain rather than four spreadsheets that have to agree with each other at the end of the month.

Tap the phone to open the live demo.Tap any row. It is a live demo, with demo data.
Three things it is bought to put an end to.
The month closes twice
Attendance in one sheet, leave in another, and a day that says present in one and on leave in the other.
Claims arrive as photographs
A receipt in a chat thread, approved by a reply, and remembered at payout time by whoever was on it.
Salary is a rebuild
Every run starts from the last sheet, and a mistake is found by the person it was made about.
HR & Payroll, on the screen you will use it on. Try it here.
Demo data. Keep scrolling and it walks you through 5 screens, or tap any row, open a record and try it yourself. Everything here is the real interface, drawn small.
Staff check in on their phone with GPS, and a selfie if you ask for one, or at a biometric reader.

The whole module, listed out.
Nothing here is coming soon. It is what an account opens with on day one of the trial.
Attendance
From a phone at the site, or a reader at the gate.
- Check in and out from a phone, with a location and a selfie if you want one
- Biometric readers — upload the export, or have the reader push each tap as it happens
- Shifts, weekly offs, holidays and a working calendar per company
- Late marks, penalties, short leave and regularization requests
- Overtime, with the policy resolved at the end of the period rather than at the punch
Leave
Balances that are arithmetic, not memory.
- Leave types, entitlement, accrual and a leave year you define
- Approvals routed to the manager, a role or named people, with a fallback when nobody can take it
- Balances per person: entitlement, taken, remaining
- A calendar of who is off, company holidays and your own commitments
Money before payroll
Everything that lands in a salary run.
- Expense claims with receipts, categories and policy limits
- Trips and advances, per diem and mileage rates dated from a day
- Benefit components with an annual entitlement, claimed against a pot
- Loans and salary advances, with a repayment schedule that runs itself
Payroll
A run you can check before you pay it.
- Salary structures and components — earnings, deductions, employer costs
- Statutory deductions: PF, ESI, professional tax and income tax
- A pre-flight that lists what is wrong, person by person, at three severities
- Six states from draft to paid, and a payslip every employee can open
- Exits and final settlements, which are a settlement rather than an ordinary run
The rest of HR
What else sits on a person’s record.
- Employee records, documents, probation and designation history
- Policies to acknowledge and training to complete, with who has not
- Company assets issued to people, and recovered when they leave
- Rating scales, scorecards, appraisal cycles and improvement plans
Too much for one page, so here are seven more.
Each of these is one part of the module above, on its own page, in its own words. None of them is sold separately.
Attendance
Who came in, and for how long — from a phone, or a reader at the gate.
Check in with a location and a selfie, or tap a biometric reader at the door. Shifts, late marks, overtime and corrections follow the rules you set, and the month closes without a spreadsheet because payroll reads it directly.
Biometric attendance
The biometric reader at your gate, feeding attendance and payroll.
Keep the fingerprint or face reader you already have. Upload its export, give it a push URL, or use its ADMS cloud setting — every tap lands on the attendance register, and a day a reader went silent is caught before payroll, not after it.
Leave management
Leave balances that are arithmetic, not somebody’s memory.
Leave types with your own quotas and rules, accrual that runs every day by itself, requests approved by the right person on a phone, and unpaid days that reach payroll without anybody retyping them.
Shifts
Different hours for different people, and every rule measured against theirs.
Shifts with their own start and end, grace and working days — alternate Saturdays, a night rota past midnight — assigned to a person from a date. Lateness, half days, leave, overtime and loss of pay all follow the shift the person was on that day.
Overtime
Overtime worked out by your rules, and never paid below double.
Policies with a daily minimum, a weekly cap and a rate for each kind of day. The month is resolved in one pass, approved by somebody other than the supervisor who sent it, and paid as an earning on the payslip.
Payroll
A salary run you can check before you pay it.
Salary structures, statutory deductions, a pre-flight that names what is wrong person by person, and a payslip every employee can open. Attendance, unpaid leave, claims and loan instalments arrive in the run by themselves.
Expenses & reimbursements
Claims with receipts, approved by the right person, and paid on a date.
Expense claims, travel advances, benefit reimbursements, loans and petty cash — four kinds of money that sound alike and are not, each with its own approver, and every one of them landing in payroll or in a bank file instead of a chat thread.

Easier to read now than to discover in week three.
- Nothing is filed for you. Facto Lite computes PF, ESI, professional tax and income tax and produces the figures; submitting a return is still yours.
- There is no bank integration. Payroll produces a bank advice file to upload; it does not move money.
- Statutory rules are Indian. The module is built around PF, ESI and Indian professional tax.
