Work you handed over, and proof it got done.
Delegation and recurring checklists, with an owner and a date on every one of them. The question it answers is the one a WhatsApp group cannot: what is pending right now, and with whom.
60 days free · no card · all three features
Delegation
Hand work over with an owner, a date and a reviewer.
Tap the phone to open the live demo.Tap any row. It is a live demo, with demo data.
Three things it is bought to put an end to.
It was said, not recorded
Work handed over in a corridor or a group chat has no owner, no date and no way to check on it without asking.
The same jobs, every week
Opening checks, monthly closing, a site visit — handed out again by somebody who has to remember they exist.
Done, apparently
Nothing separates finished from claimed finished, so somebody re-checks everything or nobody checks anything.
Tasks, on the screen you will use it on. Try it here.
Demo data. Keep scrolling and it walks you through 6 screens, or tap any row, open a record and try it yourself. Everything here is the real interface, drawn small.
What is open, what is overdue and what is waiting for your review, on one screen.

The whole module, listed out.
Nothing here is coming soon. It is what an account opens with on day one of the trial.
Delegation
A task is one piece of work with a name against it.
- An owner, a due date, a priority and a reviewer who signs it off
- Sub-tasks and dependencies, so an order of work can be stated
- Watchers and a comment thread, so the conversation stays on the task
- Photo and file evidence attached before it can be closed
- A timeline on every task: who changed what, and when
Checklists
The work that comes round again, handed out by the system.
- Templates with items, categories and an evidence requirement per item
- Daily, weekly, monthly and custom recurrence, raised on schedule
- One owner or several, and a handover when somebody is deactivated
- Progress per item, so a half-done checklist reads as half done
My Day
One screen with everything one person owes today.
- Tasks, checklists and follow-ups due, in one list
- What is overdue, separated from what is due now
- Check in and out, if the company records attendance
- Meeting notes, and the actions that came out of them
Structure
The company shape work is organised along.
- Projects and teams, to group work the way the business is grouped
- Templates for the jobs that come round the same way every time
- Four roles and per-module permissions — Admin, Manager, Operator, Viewer
- An audit trail on every action, readable from User Management
Too much for one page, so here are two more.
Each of these is one part of the module above, on its own page, in its own words. None of them is sold separately.
Checklists
The same jobs every week, raised on time and checked when done.
Checklist templates with photo, signature and scored steps, raised on a schedule, handed to an owner, and reviewed by somebody else before they count as done — the store opening, the month-end close, the machine check.
Meeting minutes
Minutes of meeting that end in tasks with owners.
The agenda before, the minutes after, and every action item turned into a task in one click — so what was agreed in the room is on somebody’s list the same afternoon.
Tasks, by how many of you there are.
Bought on its own, or alongside the other two for 20% less than the three added together. Yearly, with the monthly figure beside it.

Easier to read now than to discover in week three.
- There is no Gantt chart and no resource levelling. Tasks are a list with dates and owners, not a project-planning tool.
- There is no time tracking against a task. Attendance records hours for a person, not for a piece of work.
- Tasks has no written guide yet, so it is the one module with no pages in the help centre.
Asked before, answered here.
What happens to somebody’s work when they leave?
Can a task require a photo?
Does it work on a phone?
Hand out one week of work and see what comes back.
Sixty days, all three features, no card. Bring one recurring checklist across and let it raise itself.
