Minutes of meeting that end in tasks with owners.

The agenda before, the minutes after, and every action item turned into a task in one click — so what was agreed in the room is on somebody’s list the same afternoon.

Why people buy it

Three things it is bought to put an end to.

Agreed in the room, forgotten at the door

Everybody nodded, nobody wrote down who would do it, and the same point is on next week’s agenda.

The minutes are in one person’s notebook

Written up days later, if at all, and sent to a group chat where nobody can find them in a month.

Nobody checks the actions

The actions from the last meeting are only looked at when somebody asks, and by then they are late.

Meetings

Notes that turn into tasks, with an owner on each one.

What is in it

The whole module, listed out.

Nothing here is coming soon. It is what an account opens with on day one of the trial.

The meeting

Who, when, and what it is for.

  • Standup, one-on-one, planning, retro, review, all-hands or ad hoc
  • A start and an end, a place, an organiser and a note-taker
  • Attendees who are required or optional, with a reply and a present-or-absent mark — people can mark themselves present
  • An agenda that only the organiser or an admin edits
  • A reminder to every attendee about half an hour before it starts

The minutes

Written once, published, and locked.

  • Minutes in a formatted editor, with @mentions and decisions written in line
  • A draft, then published — publishing tells every attendee and locks the minutes
  • Read receipts on published minutes
  • A reminder to the organiser when a meeting ended an hour ago and its minutes are still a draft
  • Private notes of your own on any meeting, a comment thread and attached documents

Action items

From a line in the minutes to a task on a list.

  • An action item with a description and one owner, who is told
  • One click turns it into a Delegation task, and the meeting then shows the task’s live status
  • The task carries on in Tasks — reviews, evidence and the timeline — like any other

Who can see it

Not every meeting is for everybody.

  • Private, attendees only, the organiser’s team, or the whole company
  • Shared on top of that with named people or roles, to view or to edit
  • A meeting duplicated with its agenda and attendees, for the one you hold again
  • A calendar of meetings, rescheduled by dragging

What it does not do

Easier to read now than to discover in week three.

  • Meeting minutes are part of Tasks, not a product on its own. There is no meetings-only plan; the price below is the whole module’s.
  • Meetings do not repeat on a schedule. A meeting you hold every week is duplicated from the last one.
  • Minutes leave the app as a PDF from the print dialog, as an email opened in your own mail app, or as copied text. Lite does not send the email itself.
  • There is no Google or Outlook calendar sync, no calendar invite, and no Zoom or Teams connection. Nothing records, transcribes or summarises the meeting.
  • An action item’s due date is set once it becomes a task, not on the meeting. Decisions are written in the minutes rather than kept as a separate log.
  • Tasks has no written guide yet, so there are no help-centre pages about meetings.
Questions

Asked before, answered here.

How does an action item become a task?

In one click. It becomes a Delegation task for the same person, and from then on the meeting shows the task’s live status rather than a copy that goes stale.

Can attendees change the minutes after they are published?

No. Publishing locks the minutes and tells every attendee. The organiser or an admin can unlock them if something has to be corrected.

Can some meetings be private?

Yes. A meeting is private, attendees only, the organiser’s team, or the whole company, and it can be shared with named people or roles on top.

Can we send the minutes to somebody outside the company?

Yes. Export them as a PDF, or open them as an email in your own mail app and send it from there. Lite does not send it for you.

Hold next week’s meeting in it.

Sixty days, all three features, no card. Write the agenda, publish the minutes, and turn the actions into tasks before everybody leaves the room.
