CRM

Every enquiry, followed up by somebody, on a date.

Leads through to a closed order, with the conversation kept beside the record. Built for a team that sells, not for a team that reports on selling.

Why people buy it

Three things it is bought to put an end to.

Leads go quiet

Nothing says which enquiries have not been touched, so the ones nobody enjoyed calling are the ones that die.

The quote is in somebody’s laptop

Prices, discounts and the last version sent live in a spreadsheet only one person can find.

Nobody knows what is real

A pipeline number that is a feeling rather than a set of dated records is a number nobody plans with.

See it on a desktop

CRM, on the screen you will use it on. Try it here.

Demo data. Keep scrolling and it walks you through 5 screens, or tap any row, open a record and try it yourself. Everything here is the real interface, drawn small.

Each lead with its owner and stage, and a flag on the ones that have gone quiet.

What is in it

The whole module, listed out.

Nothing here is coming soon. It is what an account opens with on day one of the trial.

Pipeline

One chain from an enquiry to an order.

  • Leads, deals and configurable pipelines with stages you name
  • Quotes built from a product catalog, with price books and quantity bands
  • Sales orders created when a deal is won, never typed again by hand
  • A share link for a quote, and a PDF printed from your own letterhead
  • Import a list from a spreadsheet, with a review step before anything is written

People and follow-ups

Who you sell to, and staying in touch with them.

  • Contacts and accounts, grouping a company’s people and its deals
  • Activities — calls, meetings, notes — logged against the record
  • Follow-ups with a date and a reminder that reaches the owner
  • Needs Attention: the records that are not moving, which a pipeline chart hides
  • A calendar of follow-ups, close dates and quote expiry on one grid

Routing and automation

The decisions you should not have to make twice.

  • Assignment rules that send a new lead to the right person, first match wins
  • Scoring rules and territories
  • No-code workflows, with a run history you can actually read
  • Web forms that turn a public enquiry into a lead

Insight

What the records add up to.

  • A CRM home with today’s follow-ups and what needs a decision
  • Reports across ten tabs on one date range, plus a builder for the rest
  • Forecasts — commit, best case and pipeline against a quota, with drill-through
  • Saved reports, and lists exported to Excel

Partners

For businesses that sell through other businesses.

  • Partner organisations, tiers and channel terms
  • Lead registration, with a conflict check when two people claim the same customer
  • Commissions accrued, approved and paid, against a payment reference

What it does not do

Easier to read now than to discover in week three.

  • There is no built-in dialler and no email inbox. Calls and emails are logged as activities; they are not placed or sent from here.
  • Marketing campaigns, drip sequences and lead nurturing are not part of it.
  • Quotes and orders do not post to an accounting ledger. Facto Lite is not a books-of-accounts system.
Questions

Asked before, answered here.

Can I bring my existing leads in?

Yes. Every list imports from a spreadsheet, and the wizard shows you what it is about to write — with the rows it cannot match flagged — before anything is saved.

Can a salesperson see only their own records?

Yes. Leads and deals are visible to their owner and to Admins; activities are visible up the reporting line as well, so a manager can see the follow-ups their team logged.

Can I change the stage names?

Yes. Pipelines, stages, their order, their win probability and the fields each stage requires are all yours to set.

Does a quote come out as a PDF?

Yes, printed from your own logo, bank details and signatory, and it can be shared as a link as well as downloaded.

Put one month of enquiries through it.

Sixty days, all three features, no card. Import last month’s leads and see which ones nobody had called.
