Pipedrive is built around one idea: a sales pipeline you can see, with deals moving from stage to stage. It does that well, and it has a large marketplace of integrations. Facto Lite's CRM is built for Indian small businesses in particular, with quotations and GST inside it and a price set per team rather than per seat.
What to weigh in a Pipedrive alternative
Three things decide it for most small teams.
- How you're billed. Pipedrive charges per seat, and by its own help centre a seat is billed whether or not anybody is assigned to it. Facto Lite charges one price for a band of users.
- How quotations are made. In Pipedrive, quotes and proposals come from Smart Docs, which is included on its Premium and Ultimate plans, sold as an add-on on Lite and Growth, and needs Google Drive, OneDrive or SharePoint connected. In Facto Lite, quotations are part of the CRM module.
- How your team works. Pipedrive syncs email from its Growth plan and connects to hundreds of tools. Facto Lite has no email inbox and no API for pushing leads in. If your team sells by email and runs on connected tools, that matters a lot.
What the CRM costs as the team grows
This is Facto Lite's CRM price at four team sizes, straight from our pricing page. We don't print Pipedrive's prices; its own page has them, per seat.
| Team | Band | CRM a month |
|---|---|---|
| 6 people | Up to 10 users | ₹2,999 |
| 12 people | Up to 50 users | ₹5,999 |
| 40 people | Up to 50 users | ₹5,999 |
| 75 people | Up to 100 users | ₹9,999 |
A 12-person sales team in Coimbatore pays ₹5,999 a month, and keeps paying that until its 51st user. Multiply your own seat count by Pipedrive's plan price and you'll see quickly which way it falls for your team. For a small team on a lower plan, add Smart Docs if you want quotes.
