The same jobs every week, raised on time and checked when done.
Checklist templates with photo, signature and scored steps, raised on a schedule, handed to an owner, and reviewed by somebody else before they count as done — the store opening, the month-end close, the machine check.

Checklists
Recurring work that raises itself and reports back.
Tap the phone to open the live demo.Tap any row. It is a live demo, with demo data.
Three things it is bought to put an end to.
Somebody has to remember it exists
The weekly safety round happens when the person who hands it out remembers, and stops when they go on leave.
Ticked is not the same as done
A paper sheet with every box ticked says nothing about whether anybody looked at the fire extinguisher.
Nobody can say how often it is skipped
Which checklists are late, which ones fail, and which step fails most — nobody knows until something goes wrong.

Every checklist that is due, in progress or waiting for review.

Recurring work that raises itself and reports back.
The whole module, listed out.
Nothing here is coming soon. It is what an account opens with on day one of the trial.
Templates
The job, written down once.
- Twelve kinds of step: tick box, yes or no, text, number, date, dropdown, multi-select, photo, several photos, signature, file and instruction
- Required steps, estimated minutes and a score per step, with a passing score for the whole checklist
- Sub-steps, and steps that appear only when an earlier answer calls for them
- “Explain if No” on a yes-or-no step
- Categories, duplication and a version on every edit, with each checklist remembering the version it came from
Recurrence
Raised by the system, not by a person.
- Daily on the weekdays you pick, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, or every so many days, weeks or months
- Ends never, on a date, or after a number of times — with the next few shown before you save
- On a holiday or a weekly off: run anyway, skip it, or move it to the working day before or after
- Change one copy or this and every future one, and undo it
- End a series, or resume it
Doing it
On a phone, step by step.
- Several owners, watchers and reviewers on one checklist
- Steps done in order; a required step cannot be passed without its answer, photo or signature
- Comments, files, a time tracker, and a request for more time that somebody approves
- Reminders you set yourself, and an overdue alert to the owner and the admins
- A handover with a note — and when somebody is deactivated, their open checklists move to the person you name
Review
Done means somebody else agreed.
- A finished checklist goes for review by itself
- Every named reviewer approves; only a reviewer can reject, and never the owner
- A rejection needs a reason and reopens the steps for rework
- The score shown against the passing score, in green or red
- Approve or reject several at once
Reports
How often it happens, and how well.
- Completion and pass rate by template, and the templates used most
- Rejection rate by template, the reasons given most, and the steps that fail most
- Estimated against actual time, and how long approval takes
- Overdue checklists, requests for more time and handovers
- A list, a board and a calendar view, and checklists on each person’s scorecard

- Checklists are part of Tasks, not a product on its own. There is no checklist-only plan; the price below is the whole module’s.
- A photo is uploaded from the phone, not taken inside the app with a location or a time stamped on it.
- Reminders and alerts are in the app and on the phone. Nothing about a checklist is sent by email, WhatsApp or SMS.
- Schedules run on Indian time. There is no per-person time zone.
- Tasks has no written guide yet, so there are no help-centre pages about checklists.
