Leave balances that are arithmetic, not somebody’s memory.
Leave types with your own quotas and rules, accrual that runs every day by itself, requests approved by the right person on a phone, and unpaid days that reach payroll without anybody retyping them.

Leave Management
Requests, approvals and balances on one calendar.
Tap the phone to open the live demo.Tap any row. It is a live demo, with demo data.
Three things it is bought to put an end to.
How many days do I have left?
Asked of HR every week, and answered from a spreadsheet that was last right in April.
Approved in a chat, forgotten on pay day
A thumbs-up in a group is the only record, and the day is paid in full or docked twice.
Year end is a week of arithmetic
What carries forward, what lapses, what somebody who joined in October is owed — worked out again every year, by hand.

Demo data. Keep scrolling and it walks you through 4 screens, or tap any row, open a record and try it yourself. Everything here is the real interface, drawn small.
A request with the balance it comes out of and who approves it.

Nothing here is coming soon. It is what an account opens with on day one of the trial.
Leave types
Your policy, as settings.
- Your own leave types: paid or unpaid, a yearly quota, half days or not, a document above a number of days, minimum notice and a longest run
- Five to start from — casual, sick, earned, loss of pay and comp-off — each one yours to change
- Rules per employment type: eligible or not, a different quota, or accrual only after confirmation
- A balance allowed to go below zero down to a floor, where your policy lends leave
Accrual and the leave year
Credited by the system, and never twice.
- Whole year up front, monthly, or not tracked
- A leave year that starts in any month — April, January, or your own
- Somebody who joins part-way through the year is pro-rated by the months that are left
- At year end each type carries forward up to a cap you set, and the rest lapses by itself
- Opening balances imported from a spreadsheet, and never credited again
Requests and approval
Checked when it is asked for, not when it is noticed.
- Balance, notice, documents, longest run and overlaps checked as the request is made — pending requests count against the balance
- Routed to the reporting manager, a role, named people, or the manager and then a role
- A fallback approver when the usual one cannot take it, and a delegate while an approver is away
- Approving deducts the balance and marks attendance; cancelling gives both back
- Notified in the app and on the phone at every step
Smaller than a day
Half days, short leave and comp-off.
- Half days — first half or second — at either end of a request
- Short leave of up to four hours — personal, official duty, late arrival or early exit — with a monthly allowance and one tap to say you are back
- Comp-off credited automatically for working a weekly off or a holiday, with an expiry
Holidays, payroll and records
The calendar the days are counted against, and where they end up.
- Holidays for the whole company or for one state, matched to where each person works
- Optional holidays each person picks, up to a limit you set
- Weekly offs and holidays inside a leave are not counted as leave
- Unpaid leave reaches the payroll run as loss of pay — half a day costs half
- Every balance change kept in a log nobody can edit, and reports by type, person and month, exported to CSV

Free, no sign-up: Holiday list 2027
3 written guides, open to everybody.
The same documentation the product ships with, published in full. No form, no account.
Easier to read now than to discover in week three.
- Leave is part of HR & Payroll, not a product on its own. There is no leave-only plan; the price below is the whole module’s.
- There is no sandwich rule. Weekly offs and holidays inside a leave are never counted as leave days.
- Leave rules vary by employment type, not by department or by role.
- Approval is at most two steps — the manager, then a role. A request does not escalate on a timer, and a long one does not need an extra approver.
- The who-is-out calendar shows everybody’s leave to approvers and HR, and each person their own. There is no clash warning on the approval screen.
