Every enquiry to the right person, and followed up on a date.

Leads from your website, a spreadsheet or a phone call, sent to a salesperson by rules you set and kept on a follow-up date — with the leads nobody has touched listed where a manager cannot miss them.

Why people buy it

Three things it is bought to put an end to.

The enquiry sat in an inbox

A website enquiry reached one person’s email on a Friday and was answered on Wednesday — by a competitor.

Whose lead is it?

Two salespeople call the same customer, and another lead is called by nobody because each thought the other had it.

Follow-up means remembering

The second and third call depend on a note in somebody’s diary, so most leads get one call and no more.

What is in it

The whole module, listed out.

Nothing here is coming soon. It is what an account opens with on day one of the trial.

Capture

Wherever the enquiry starts.

  • A web form for your website, with no login — spam held back by a hidden field, a too-fast check and a limit per address
  • Import from a spreadsheet in four steps, with a review before anything is written and an undo afterwards
  • Added by hand, from a phone or a desk
  • A number for every lead, a source, stages you name, and fields of your own

Routing

To the right person, without anybody deciding.

  • Assignment rules in priority order, first match wins: round-robin, load-balanced, by criteria, or by territory — state, pincode or country
  • A pool of named people or a role, worked out when the lead arrives
  • The salesperson is told the moment a lead is theirs
  • Scoring rules, with points that fade as a lead goes stale
  • Reassign one lead, or many at once

Follow-up

A date on every next step.

  • Calls, meetings, tasks and notes, each with a due date, a priority and a reminder
  • Snoozed, done with an outcome, or rescheduled — a missed follow-up stays marked as missed, and moving it asks for a reason
  • A follow-up marker on every lead in the list: none, on time, or late
  • Colleagues looped in, and notes kept internal

Needs attention

The leads that are not moving, in one queue.

  • Leads with no next step, no contact or no progress, listed together
  • Limits per stage, counted in working days if you like, and stages that never flag
  • The owner warned before the limit and told past it, and then the manager
  • Scheduled, or snoozed with a reason, in one click from the queue

Conversion and records

From a lead to a customer, with the history kept.

  • Converted in one step into a contact, an account and a deal — an existing account or contact is matched rather than duplicated
  • Disqualified with a reason
  • Every field and stage change on the lead’s own timeline, with who and when
  • Visible to its owner and to the people it is shared with; follow-ups are visible up the reporting line
  • Exported to Excel, and reported on — conversion rate, and leads by state in the report builder

What it does not do

Easier to read now than to discover in week three.

  • Lead management is part of the CRM, not a product on its own. There is no lead-only plan; the price below is the whole module’s.
  • Assignment rules and scoring do not run on leads that arrive through a web form. Those go to the form’s owner, who is told.
  • There is no duplicate check when a lead is added. Duplicates are matched only when a lead is converted.
  • There is no API or webhook for pushing leads in from another system, and no connection to lead marketplaces or ad platforms.
  • There is no dialler and no email inbox. Calls and emails are logged as follow-ups; they are not placed or sent from here.
Questions

Asked before, answered here.

Can leads from our website come straight in?

Yes. A web form on your site creates a lead with no login, and the form’s owner is told. The name, company, email, phone and message are copied onto the lead.

How are leads shared out between salespeople?

By assignment rules you set: round-robin, load-balanced, by criteria, or by territory. Rules run in order and the first match wins.

What stops a lead going quiet?

Every follow-up has a date and a reminder, and a lead with no next step, no contact or no progress is listed in Needs Attention — the owner is warned, and then the manager.

Can a manager see their team’s leads?

Not automatically. A lead is visible to its owner, to people given view-all, and to anybody it is shared with. Follow-ups do go up the reporting line, so a manager sees the calls their team logged.

Import last month’s enquiries and see who called whom.

Sixty days, all three features, no card. Set one assignment rule, put a form on your site, and watch the Needs Attention list.
